Scott Ramsey - Executive Producer & Host

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Scott currently resides in Greenwich Village but considers his Texas roots to run deep. Scott has been lucky enough to have had many career adventures from acting to directing to working as a Producer in the corporate event industry for Barkley Kalpak Associates to working in fashion as a Senior Marketing Manager for the Phillips Van Heusen Corporation. Currently, Scott is with the Global Communications Team at MetLife. Scott is also the owner of the production company, SkyLight Theatricals, which, through the permission of the Truman Capote Literary Estate, presents an annual "lovely little reading" of A Christmas Memory at the Hourglass Tavern. He won Best Director at the West Village Musical Theatre Festival for his work on the new musical Isn’t it Wonderful? and has also directed for Fordham University, Marist University and the Manhattan Theatre Mission. Throughout his career, Scott has been nominated for several awards including "Rising Star" and "Producer of the Year" by Special Events Magazine as well as a B. Iden Payne Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Alan Strang in Equus. After starting his college degree at the University of Texas in Austin, he is a summa cum laude graduate of the City University of New York.
